Campaign Captain
Steers the whole operation, keeps the campaign on schedule, and gives the pre-event pep talks whether we ask for them or not.
Alternate Captain
Leads facility planning and permits: the unglamorous heroics that turn a big idea into an actual sheet of ice.
Keeper of the Books
Tracks every dollar from chuck-a-puck to capital gift, and makes sure your donation goes exactly where we said it would.
Official Scorekeeper
Minutes, records, and follow-ups. If it was decided at a meeting, they can tell you when, where, and who brought the donuts.
Master of Ceremonies
Plans the skate-a-thons, galas, and plunges, then somehow convinces grown adults to jump into Casco Bay in February.
The Goalie Whisperer
A lifelong netminder who makes sure everything we build actually serves goalies, from crease dimensions to clinic programming.

We're always looking for committee volunteers: events, sponsorship outreach, communications, and general rink-rat duties. No board experience required; enthusiasm and a tolerance for cold buildings preferred.
